About Dana Johnson Enterprises & Toynutz.com

Dana Kenneth Johnson is the sole proprietor and only employee of Dana Johnson Enterprises (DJE).  His one-man home-based enterprise has operated since 1992 from Bend, Oregon, providing a worldwide resource center for toy car collectors at Toynutz.com, a valuable resource for collectors of die-cast, white metal, tinplate, pressed steel and other types of transportation toys.

Toynutz.com provides contact details on toy car manufacturers, retail sources, publications, clubs, toy shows and lots more.  Mr. Johnson is the site's creator, owner and webmaster.  He is also the author of numerous books on toy cars.  His series of books - one on Matchbox Toys, the other a general guide to toy cars - are published by Collector Books of Paducah, Kentucky.  He has also produced several self-published collector's guides, including books on Siku toys, Tomica, Road Champs, Micro Models and others, all of which have been incorporated into the Toy Car Collector's Guide.  In addition, he is the founder and chairman of the Toy Car Collectors Association (TCCA), currently operated as an online shared e-mail group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/toy-car-collectors.   Mr. Johnson has collected toy cars since 1962.
